Edson N. Howell
Age 94, of Tyrone, NY passed away peacefully at his lifelong home on November 1, 2018.
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Doris (Peet) Howell; three daughters, Glenna (Saul) Traiger of Los Angeles, CA; Linda Howell of Watkins Glen, and Donna (Phil) Lynd of Canastota; four grandchildren, David Traiger, Sarah Traiger, Morgan Lynd and Taylor Lynd. He was predeceased by sisters Nancy Rhodes and June Smalley.

Edson was born on August 4, 1924 at home, the son of W. Lester and Zeloma Howell. He was a lifelong member of the Tyrone United Methodist Church and member of the Lamoka #463 Masonic Lodge of Tyrone. He was also a Charter Member and Treasurer of the Tyrone Volunteer Fire Department and a member of the Town Board of Tyrone.
