Richard E. Edwards

Age 77, of Tucson, AZ, passed away in Burdett, NY, where he and his wife have resided with family.

Richard was born in Iola, Kansas on September 24, 1940. the son of the late Harold and Dorothy Edwards. He served honorably as a 1st Lieutenant in the US Air Force from 1962-1965. He was a retired Chemical Engineer with a passion for math and the environment. He loved conversation, good food, travel and model trains. He was a devout Presbyterian and attended the Burdett Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Anne Edwards; daughter and son-in-law, Stacey Edwards and Paul Clifford and their children Kathleen and Tim of Burdett; son and daughter-in-law, Steve Edwards and Adria Tenison and their children Isabel, Jack and Lucy of Ventura, CA; brother and sister-in-law, David and Linda Edwards of Gainesville, Fl.
