Joan E. Clark
Age 80, of Watkins Glen, passed away on September 2, 2016. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen, on Thursday (Sept. 8th) from 1pm-2pm; followed by a memorial service at 2:00pm at the funeral home; and interment at Millport Cemetery. She was born in Montour Falls on December 11, 1935, the daughter of late Kenneth and Margaret Mitchell. She worked as a Custodian at the Watkins Glen Middle and Elementary Schools, and retired after 20 years. She was predeceased her husband Richard Clark; son Teford John Clark; and sisters, Dianna Dillon and Fredrica Weed. She is survived by her children, Debra Clark of Florida; William (Lorena) Clark of Watkins Glen; Belinda Clark (Martin Litteer) of Tyrone, and Curtis Clark of Watkins Glen; six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
